Larry Cherrett Induction to Manitoba Rugby Hall of Fame

This fall, our very own Larry Cherrett will be inducted into the Manitoba Rugby Hall of Fame. Larry served countless rugby organizations as a volunteer, director and leader – most notably as President of the University of Manitoba RFC, Rugby Manitoba and Maple Grove Rugby Park, as well as a member of the Maple Grove Rugby Park Founders Committee. He helped coach a combined Vincent Massey/Kelvin side which won the high school championship (1999), was the Honorary Rugby Chairman at the 1990 Western Canada Summer Games and co-chaired the Selection Committee of the MRHOF for over a decade.
